Average despatch and shipping times
We aim to despatch prints within 3 working days.
We will keep you up to date via email on the progress of your order.
Shipping times:
• UK Royal Mail or courier around 1-2 days
• EU Air Mail approximately 5-10 days
• Worldwide Air Mail approximately 10-14 days
Handling your print
We go to great efforts to package your print perfectly! Prints are always handled with gloves and wrapped in tissue paper before being shipped in a protective tube (for larger prints) and protective envelopes for smaller (A4 size and below).
Please note that because print sizes may vary slightly, we advise that you wait until you have received your order before purchasing frames so that you can ensure you have the right fit.
RETURNS
Returns can be made within 14 days of your initial order. If you wish to make a return you must inform us in writing by email or letter within 14 days of making your order. When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged and ensure the same tube is used to return the item.
You will be given the option of an exchange or we will refund your payment minus postage. We aim to reimburse you within 14 working days. Items made to order are not subject to returns. For example, any artwork printed to order will be non-returnable. Due to monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. However if large variations occur we will advise before shipment.
If you return a print you will be charged the shipping fee of £9 and refunded the balance of your order.
If you exchange a print you will be charged £9 for the second order. Free delivery is on 1st orders.
We carefully package our prints but should your print arrive damaged and you need to return it to us please advise us first.
